Stuffed Zucchini: First select several one 9 inch round plump zucchini and wash them. Carefully slice them down the middle. With a pairing knife cut and scoop out the insides and set them aside in a bowl. Ingredient are the following: Your favorite cheddar cheese , minced garlic, olive oil, onions white, broccoli, salt and a few bead crumbs and last your favorite red wine. Heat oven to broil for 15 min Take the zucchini and pour olive oil in and rub the insides. Then take the wine and pour in a small amount. Next slice the onion up in small pieces and rub them with the minced garlic in. Place the bread crumbs over lightly and cover the total area. Take the cheese and slice long strips and place aside. Dice the broccoli and place it in the zucchini then place the cheese over the whole zucchini. Take olive oil and pour over the zucchini and take the wine and pour into the bottom of the oiled up pan. Place in oven for 15 min at broil, keep an eye on it and after 15 min shut the oven off and if necessary crack open the door and let the zucchini cool for a few minutes. Take out and serve with turkey slices or what ever you like. At the end I like to sprinkle some garlic salt over the zucchini, it adds some life to the meal.
